WANDERLUST ADVENTURES
The Austin Meet Up Story
AUSTIN, TX
OCTOBER 9th, 2022
This will be our 3rd Meet Up in Austin this year. Yeah, we think it's that cool. One of the locations will be revisiting a venue that we shot at about 5 years ago called Jennifer's Gardens. From there we will be exploring two other locations that are sure to get you over the moon excited. ...but there won't be any jumping bovines on this Meetup. Just in case you're wondering.

Locations
JENNIFER'S GARDEN
Jennifer's Garden is a private owned cottage nestled against the banks of Shoal Creek in the uptown area of Austin. It is designated a historical site. With it's luscious landscaping, mid 1800's architecture and eclectic motif, it's a treasure you need to visit.

MAYFIELD PARK
This park on the west side of downtown Austin is tucked away in a place called Terry Town. There is a cute white painted building that is used for community events. They have water features, palms, a beautiful flower and butterfly garden. It's a place where Peacocks roam and birds sing.

PAVEMENT
Upper Guadelupe, not far from UT campus is a happen' place. There are thrift stores, graffiti everywhere, neon lights and lots of hustle and bustle. If you want an 80's look, look no further than this area where the thrift store Pavement is located!

Style Boards, not skateboards.
LEAPING LEOPARDS - Jennifer's Garden

Who doesn't like a good leopard print outfit! We want to make this style go "meow"...only in a Leopard sound, "roar"! Lol!
WANING SUMMER - Jennifer's Garden
www.inmdl.io/AUSTIN-WaningSummer
Summer tends to dip out a little earlier in a lot of the US compared to Austin. Austin still feels the "waning" effects into October though and it's marvelous!
PERSONAL CHOICE - Mayfield Park
This is all about you! Maybe you like jeans and tanks, shorts and t's, a light dress with heals, or a floral skirt with flats. What ever your fancy, make it something love.
EIGHTY EIGHTS - Pavement
www.inmdl.io/AUSTIN-EightyEights
Austin's totally retro rad. From the murals, to food trucks... the neon lights, to all the vintage boutiques. We figured an 80's style is always in style!
